  • We absorb the cost of the background checks, which can run $25.00-$50.00 per provider.  It can be done cheaper, however the results may not tell you everything you should know about that individual.
  • We have pre-screened providers that can be placed with little notice.  Providers are available 24 hours a day.  We even offer an emergency after hour number.
  • 20% of all our proceeds go to benefit charities’ locally and nationally.

Screening Process:

  • Each candidate undergoes an extensive background screen through Proforma Screening Solutions. We conduct every possible search to ensure we are hiring people that are trustworthy and reliable. Screens include but are not limited to: sex offender, criminal bacground, vehicle record.
  • We interview each candidate in-person and administer character testing.
  • All child care providers must maintain current First Aid and CPR Certifications.
  • Letters of recommendation are maintained on all providers and may be viewed upon request.
